Depending on the engagement, we act as:

  • Data Controller for our own business and marketing data

  • Data Processor when handling personal data on behalf of clients

This role will be clearly defined in client contracts.

We have implemented appropriate technical and organisational measures, including:

  • Access controls and role-based permissions
