Mike brings 18 years’ experience across client services, agency leadership and complex delivery, most recently as an MD running an agency. He works closely with leadership teams at moments of change, helping them make sense of what’s really going on and decide what to do next.

He’s known for clear judgement and calm thinking when things are unclear. He listens properly, spots the patterns others miss, and turns them into actions teams can actually follow.

Nat has partnered with organisations including Siemens, Gulfstream, Microsoft, Guidewire and STMicroelectronics. She’s known for understanding different audiences deeply, and shaping messaging frameworks that hold together globally while still making sense locally.

John has spent 18 years in the creative industry, with the last eight focused on employer brand. He’s an integrated creative leader, experienced across advertising, brand and content, and used to working at pace with senior clients and stakeholders.

His work has contributed to 40+ industry awards and played a role in building pitch-winning ideas and teams. He’s led and delivered across the full mix, from brand platforms and campaigns through to content, social and experience, always with a focus on what will actually land.

He’s known for bringing clarity to complex briefs and helping teams get to strong ideas quickly. Creativity, for him, is about cutting through the noise to find something true, then shaping it into work people recognise, believe, and act on.
